BA just launched a Facebook promotion called Instant Avios where from now through May 13, 2013, you can play a game to win bonus Avios.The set up looks like a Vegas slot machine and when you “pull” the lever, you can win prizes of up to 60,000 Avios.To be eligible, you must follow British Airways on Facebook, and play once a day. If you get three Avios logos, you will get 1,000 Avios. If you get three British Airways logos you’ll get 60,000 Avios. Any other combination doesn’t win any Avios.They’re only giving away 30 prizes of 1,000 Avios each and a single grand prize of 60,000 Avios, so chances of winning are slim, but it’s fun, it’s fast, and you might as well try for some bonus Avios.Just beware that the app does ask for access to your public profile, your friends list and your likes, so you have to share a lot of information in order to play.
