In the beginning of this month there were two monster British Airways E-store shopping promotions: 36 points per dollar spent at Nordstrom and 3,000 free points for signing up for a Realtytrac.com free trial.I made my Nordstrom order on February 3, 2012 and my Realtytrac on February 5, 2012. Both deals still show pending in my British Airways Eshopping account. To check your account, log-in to your British Airways Estore account and then click on the “Shopping History” link at the top right of the screen.I emailed my contacts at British Airways for clarification on the Realtrac promotion - specificially whether it was legitimate and would be honored. I am still waiting to hear back, though my 3,000 are still pending. However, many TPG readers have emailed me saying theirs are not only taken away, but an additional 3,000 in deductions are pending. Weird.I’ll respond when I hear an answer from British Airways, but feel free to Tweet them @BritishAirways, call them at 1 800 452 1201 or contact Points International, the company that runs the BA Estore. As always, please also share your experience in the comments section below. I’m hopeful that British Airways will honor the promotions since that would be the right thing to do.[card card-name=‘Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card’ card-id=‘22125056’ type=‘javascript’ bullet-id=‘1’]Sign up for our daily newsletterEmail addressSign upI would like to subscribe to The Points Guy newsletters and special email promotions.
