Business class fares to Europe tend to run anywhere from $3,000-$6,000 depending on the season and destination. But per this FlyerTalk thread, some intrepid travelers have uncovered fares as low as $1,100 roundtrip on Star Alliance airlines throughout the next year.Fly United BusinessFirst from Europe for just $1,100 roundtrip! There are two catches, though. The first is that the fares are only being generated for trips originating in Europe. The second is that the only origin/destination where this seems to work is Copenhagen. While that might seem to be a bit limiting, with a little strategy, this could be an amazing deal for some and you could even make two trips out of it by booking an award to Europe, then booking one of these fares to fly to/from once and then booking a final return award at the end.The participating airlines are:UnitedAir CanadaAustrianBrussels AirlinesLufthansaSWISSYou must book a roundtrip and it must begin in Copenhagen to generate these prices. You must stay over on a Saturday night and the maximum length of your trip can be 12 months.Dates where these fares seem to be generating include:December 21-January 10March 28-April 11July 1-August 31 (here comes summer in Europe!)November 21-November 28 (Thanksgiving in Europe)December 24-December 31There are also dates mentioned in 2016 on the FT thread, but these are not yet bookable, so keep them in mind for the future. You cannot book a stopover, and your itinerary can include up to 5 transfers each way – two in North America and three in Europe. These fares are not generating every single day of these date ranges, so you might have to play around with it a bit.
