Photography/Getty Images)Details — As JT Genter reported last week, American Airlines recently announced a number of European routes that are expected to launch in 2019, including nonstop service from the US to Munich (MUC), Dublin (DUB), Athens (ATH), Edinburgh (EDI), Berlin (TXL), London (LHR), Bologna (BLQ) and Dubrovnik (DBV), which you may recognize as King’s Landing on Game of Thrones. The Dallas and Chicago routes will be operated by Dreamliners — 787-8s for the flights to Munich and Athens, with a 787-9 for the Dublin route — while a 757 will service the PHL-EDI route and 767s will service the PHL-BLQ and PHL-DBV routes.
